Orders can take up to 1-2 business days for our company to process. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends**. We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx Delivery and do not ship to international destinations. Once your order is shipped, it can take 1-7 business days to be delivered, depending on the shipping option you chose when you placed your order. If there is any issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clsoapery.com.

**Orders received on a Friday will be processed over the weekend and sent out no later than Tuesday morning. During the holiday season, deliveries may take a little longer to receive from carriers. Please ensure you place your order by the deadlines on our website during the holiday season; that way, you can receive your order in time for the holidays.

Local Delivery 

We are unable to offer delivery at this time. We will make an announcement as soon as this option is available to our customers who live in our local area.
