Refund & Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however, we offer refunds if you are not satisfied with our product and can provide proof of purchase (if purchased in person). Please note that we cannot issue refunds due to a customer not being satisfied with the scent of our soaps. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
To request a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. We will notify you if the refund request is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
